BeerFest 2008 @ My Pad

This post includes a collection of 4 videos, that, unless you were there or know me and my friends will make absolutely no sense. So I feel I owe an explanation…

May 16th, 2008, I invited a handful of friends to help me polish off fifty-some bottles of beer. Why? Well, there really doesn’t need to be any reason to drink beer among close friends, but I did have a good reason. I recently picked up a new hobby of brewing my own beer, and rather than spend $10 for a dozen empty bottles to hold my beer, I decided to buy packs of 12 for ~$14, and get a chance to enjoy some brew.

I know what have 10 friends over to finish 50 bottles of beer might have been enough to finish, but I had to be absolutely sure that these bottles were going to be finished. So I came up with the brilliant idea of playing some drinking games: Beer Pong and Team Flip-cup.

Excessive drinking + Beer games + Web cam = Hilarious.

The video below is divided into 4 parts:

  1. Flip-cup: just a sample of the flip-cup game in action.
  2. Beer Pong Champions: Tone and I were partners in Beer Pong, and @ some point I decided to start talking to the world wide web. If it’s not obvious, I’m was already blasted.
  3. Angry Ass Tone: Tone is one of the calmest quietest guys you will ever meet, but some how we got into the discussion, of mountain biking, and being the great beer pong partner that I am, I brought up a time years ago that we were all biking with Tone, and he had to take a crap in the bushes, and didn’t have any toilet paper, so he had to use his undershirt (classic). So quite inebriated himself, he voiced his disapproval of the situation. Athena said the next day, “I never new that Tone talked to much. I wasn’t sure what he sounded like.”
  4. Tone vs. The Tummy: He was drunk, and he hugs a naked belly, there isn’t much else to it.

These videos were pulled off of Warren’s Justin.TV site. There seems to be some sort of issue with the sound. If the video plays with NO SOUND or the sound goes out, all you need to do is click mute on the window, then unmute, the sound should come one. Or you can pause, then play again. That should do the trick as well. enjoy…
